The game is over and gabthegab has won. I havn't played well but anyways gab is way too strong for me (for now ). Congratulation!

We know it's not fair but you have to keep in mind that whenever this situation happen to a player, it is impossible to prove if the player was indeed victim of a bug or if he just reloaded somehow and thus cheated. We believe you did not cheat but if we said: "let's trust El Lobo and not give him warning", then the next player to whom it happens will say: "why don't you trust me?", etc. and then everybody will be free to reload and claiming that he was victim of the bug.
That's why we don't have a choice but give this warning.
Hopefully, with all the new recent reports, Triumph will make some progress to solve it...

It's not fair to get a warning without doing anything wrong but I have to deal with it. For this game it makes no difference because gab has killed nearly all of my troops in the last turn. He'll need 2 or 3 turns more to finish.

How can you get 2 heroes to level 12 and 13 so early? As I said, my start was horrible. Lost my cavallry, the 1st hero and an axeman within the first four turns. At this point the game was already lost but even if I wouldn'd have lost all these troops my leader and the 1st hero would not have reached level 10 at all. I know killing a unit gives more experience than just hitting and hitting a high tier unit gives more experience than hitting a low tier unit. Are there any other things I have to keep in mind to increase the hero level faster?

Hi! Thanks El Lobo for the detailed report to the devs! For the time when the turn was ready, you should be able to see it in the email notification you received when gab played his turn.

You can continue now. We discussed between judges and unfortunately, as this bug cannot be proved, we are giving El Lobo a warning for reload not justified by proper proof. (the report to the devs will help to solve that bug helpfully!)

EDIT: and gab, please check in your email notificatios after El Lobo plays his turn: does it display a reload notification? If not, then we can remove the warning. Recently, we have had a few cases where the server actually did not register any reload following that bug.

Please wait for judges' green light for now.

I'll do this in the evening after work and soccer. Can't access the game at work.

Ok but in theory you should have had a download of the game before that message appeared.
It seems Triumph's server is having some issues as we are having a lot of this bug recently... Please report your occurrence of it here: http://aow.triumph.net/forums... />You need to provide info about:
- ID of the game
- size of the save (.apg)
- time when you had the issue (when the notification appeared the 1st time)
- time when the turn was ready (when gab finished his turn)

Please also send a screenshot of the 3 files of the save to judges (marcuspers, Fistandantilus and me).

Have you an idea why you got this warning?
Maybe stopping Internet Connection? For example IP Cut or you has driven in a tunnel?

Lol, i think this is iron mode message but i don't speak Dutch , this is a message for player who try to restart turn or some time this is a bug, for you i think this is a bug.
For me no problem, you must wait judge before clic on yes ...

I can't make my next turn. When I try to enter the game I get the attached message. What does it mean?

Yes , i pay 235 gold for that before you kill the bone dragon .
And you have do big mistake for bloc my drone, when you play your turn, you will find this very cruel too  

Cruel, you befried the giants one turn before I planned do do it...

That's why we don't have a choice but give this warning.

How can you get 2 heroes to level 12 and 13 so early? As I said, my start was horrible. Lost my cavallry, the 1st hero and an axeman within the first four turns. At this point the game was already lost but even if I wouldn'd have lost all these troops my leader and the 1st hero would not have reached level 10 at all. I know killing a unit gives more experience than just hitting and hitting a high tier unit gives more experience than hitting a low tier unit. Are there any other things I have to keep in mind to increase the hero level faster?

You can continue now. We discussed between judges and unfortunately, as this bug cannot be proved, we are giving El Lobo a warning for reload not justified by proper proof. (the report to the devs will help to solve that bug helpfully!)

EDIT: and gab, please check in your email notificatios after El Lobo plays his turn: does it display a reload notification? If not, then we can remove the warning. Recently, we have had a few cases where the server actually did not register any reload following that bug.

Please wait for judges' green light for now.

I'll do this in the evening after work and soccer. Can't access the game at work.

Ok but in theory you should have had a download of the game before that message appeared.
It seems Triumph's server is having some issues as we are having a lot of this bug recently... Please report your occurrence of it here: http://aow.triumph.net/forums... />You need to provide info about:
- ID of the game
- size of the save (.apg)
- time when you had the issue (when the notification appeared the 1st time)
- time when the turn was ready (when gab finished his turn)

Please also send a screenshot of the 3 files of the save to judges (marcuspers, Fistandantilus and me).

Yes , i pay 235 gold for that before you kill the bone dragon .
And you have do big mistake for bloc my drone, when you play your turn, you will find this very cruel too

How can you get 2 heroes to level 12 and 13 so early? As I said, my start was horrible. Lost my cavallry, the 1st hero and an axeman within the first four turns. At this point the game was already lost but even if I wouldn'd have lost all these troops my leader and the 1st hero would not have reached level 10 at all. I know killing a unit gives more experience than just hitting and hitting a high tier unit gives more experience than hitting a low tier unit. Are there any other things I have to keep in mind to increase the hero level faster?

Hi! Thanks El Lobo for the detailed report to the devs! For the time when the turn was ready, you should be able to see it in the email notification you received when gab played his turn.

You can continue now. We discussed between judges and unfortunately, as this bug cannot be proved, we are giving El Lobo a warning for reload not justified by proper proof. (the report to the devs will help to solve that bug helpfully!)

EDIT: and gab, please check in your email notificatios after El Lobo plays his turn: does it display a reload notification? If not, then we can remove the warning. Recently, we have had a few cases where the server actually did not register any reload following that bug.

Please wait for judges' green light for now.

Ok but in theory you should have had a download of the game before that message appeared.
It seems Triumph's server is having some issues as we are having a lot of this bug recently... Please report your occurrence of it here: http://aow.triumph.net/forums... />You need to provide info about:
- ID of the game
- size of the save (.apg)
- time when you had the issue (when the notification appeared the 1st time)
- time when the turn was ready (when gab finished his turn)

Please also send a screenshot of the 3 files of the save to judges (marcuspers, Fistandantilus and me).

The game is over and gabthegab has won. I havn't played well but anyways gab is way too strong for me (for now ). Congratulation!

We know it's not fair but you have to keep in mind that whenever this situation happen to a player, it is impossible to prove if the player was indeed victim of a bug or if he just reloaded somehow and thus cheated. We believe you did not cheat but if we said: "let's trust El Lobo and not give him warning", then the next player to whom it happens will say: "why don't you trust me?", etc. and then everybody will be free to reload and claiming that he was victim of the bug.
That's why we don't have a choice but give this warning.
